With this in mind, we are happy to announce that we’ve recently adopted XOi Vision, a photo and video communication platform focused on improving our technicians’ efficiency on the jobsite, while providing you complete transparency into every job and repair.
The collaborative, cloud-based platform utilizes visual intelligence to help our technicians complete each job in a single visit and provide you visual documentation of both recommended and completed work. A few of the benefits you can expect to see moving forward include:
- Before and after comparison photos and/or videos of work performed – embedded directly into your service report
- Video links attached to proposals and service tickets to support time and costs
- Photo and/or video documentation of equipment and building conditions
- Full service overview, with photos and/or videos to support recommended work
- Live video interactions with our technicians to discuss issues and troubleshoot remotely
- Safe distance with full virtual communication on any issues or important notes
