Aire Serv of Southeast Georgia is a locally owned and operated heating and cooling service company with a history of excellence, customer service, and quality craftsmanship. The team specializes in HVAC service, replacement, and repair for both residential and commercial customers in Douglas, Waycross, Tifton, & surrounding cities in Southeast GA.

 

Challenges

The team at Aire Serv wanted a seamless, efficient way to increase transparency with their customers. Increasing transparency not only protects their technicians from customers who may make false claims, or disbelieve the work that has been done, but also creates better sales opportunities by showing visual evidence of a job site.

 

Approach

By integrating XOi with Aire Serv’s existing ServiceTitan technology product, techs have been seamlessly capturing content from their jobsite in the form of photos, videos, and automatic notation. Via the XOi app, techs give the customer a clear, visual explanation of what is happening on the job, and the steps they’re taking to repair a unit.

 

Results

With XOi, Aire Serv of Southeast GA has increased transparency and sales tremendously, especially in their service and maintenance department. By using XOi, Aire Serv’s closing rate average has increased considerably. Even with a price increase, the closing rate has not changed.
