Engineered Cooling Services was looking for a better way to communicate possible equipment issues with customers and to make the customer decision making process smoother.
Approach
XOi was able to provide Engineered Cooling Services the needed gateway between business and customer and have a positive impact across the whole organization.

“We use XOi for our fleet inspections and this has proved to be very beneficial in having the ability to keep track of the inspections completed monthly, and to monitor our fleet as to which are in need of repairs. We have also recently started utilizing XOi to track Job Safety Analysis completed in the field. Safety is one of our main concerns and this allows our technicians to easily and quickly identify any safety concerns with a direct and immediate notification to the manager.”
Results
When asked about the main benefit of utilizing XOi, Stacy says, “ That would probably be the history. To be able to pull up any call since the inception of XOi and review what the technician found and completed is invaluable. Plus, it’s beyond cool to be able to share that with our customers!”
