A homegrown technology firm has landed on the Gulch for its new Nashville headquarters.
Nashville-based XOi, a data intelligence company geared towards the specialty trade industry, opened a 6,000-square-foot headquarters in the 333 office building in the Gulch.
It’s a big milestone for the company, which launched a decade ago as a five-person operation working out of an old house in Germantown that it rented for $250 a month. The firm most recently was based out of the Industrious coworking space in the Gulch.
Now, with more than 140 employees and a recent $230 million investment from global investment firm KKR, XOi CEO Aaron Salow knew it was time to make the most out of the firm’s hometown.
