A Proven Technology and Product Leader

Kerstein brings more than a decade of experience in product management, technology leadership, and enterprise software development.

Prior to joining XOi, he held leadership roles at:

• Uptake
• West Monroe Partners
• Ernst & Young

Most recently, as Director of Product at Uptake, Kerstein led the launch of multiple enterprise SaaS solutions serving the mining, construction, and defense industries while helping drive several years of sustained revenue growth.

His experience building scalable technology platforms and managing high-performing teams makes him well-positioned to support XOi's continued expansion.
