Star Service President, Robert Miller, immediately identified XOi as a solution to replace their existing paper service reports and reporting – improving efficiency, communication, and accuracy between the field and office. Since implementing the app, Star Service has improved transparency and technician performance through customized workflows and visual job documentation. The platform has provided Star Service a tool to streamline information and data sharing amongst technicians, customers, and office staff. Star Service also utilizes the app to improve internal processes, including tool requisitions, work verification, safety documentation, etc.
“When we first adopted XOi, we initially onboarded about five or six technicians – from young, tech savvy guys, to old, non-tech savvy guys,” said Robert Miller, President. “It was too good of a technology not to implement.
